I Have Three Favorite Meals...

1) Breakfast. Let me paint a picture...
Slices of watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe surrounded by grapes and strawberries. Warm oatmeal with cold berries and brown sugar sprinkled on top Wheat toast or an everything bagel with fruit jelly or veggie cream cheese. Steaming hot omelets filled with tomatoes, peppers, olives, spinach, mushrooms, and feta cheese. That is the perfect breakfast to enjoy any time of day.

2) Fish with a fresh salsa and a side of veggies...
The salsa is a mix of plum tomatoes, onion, cilantro, chiles, avocados, and lime juice. I love tilapia. Steam some broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, and squash. A light dusting of pepper...

3) Soup and Salad. Hard to beat.
I love a salad with lots of colors. Red, green, and yellow peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, crunchy iceberg, peas, blue cheese crumbles, sunflower seeds and little olive oil sprinkled on top. For the soup... I really enjoy a tomato base and big chunks of tomatoes. Something a little spicy and some beans for substance.
