there are some days where i only sleep two or three hours and keep going . then go home and sleep 4 hours and go study and stay up til three in the morning and then sleep for 9 hours . my work schedule requires this sometimes . so a good dose of caffine and  pre sleep help.

Sleep is vital to your health... People need 7 -8 or 7 -9 hrs of sleep each night...
