Happy New Year

I am SO sorry that I have been MIA: mulling about in absentia that is...and it is STILL my goal to "lose weight AND be healthy AND happy" as I hope that it is yours.

This is a NEW Year and I know that means a "NEW START", a new perspective and fresh motivation to "make a New Year's resolution" to "lose weight and be health and happy"...lol

Let's take this NEW YEAR and BE GOOD to ourselves...let's START with a very small goal...pick one and let's follow through with it.

For example, I have a small, non-health related goal of singing again and performing solo and with a choir. I have started again to "try to find" a group and thought that maybe a voice instructor might be able to lead me to one. I have begun the steps and will follow up this next week...

WHAT one goal will YOU choose to DO for yourself THIS WEEK??? It doesn't have to be an "end result"...JUST A START...saying, I will go for a walk TODAY...and then tomorrow, you say the same thing. That is what I have been doing. Setting my goals DAILY in order to not overwhelm myself with obligation and then guilt for NOT having done it.

Again, I am sorry for my absence, I hope that you are well and YOU STILL CARE ABOUT YOURSELF and would like to "pick up your goals, dust them off and get STARTED" today. I am with you and wish you the VERY BEST that life has to offer you...
