It's Difficult.

I do not think verbally. I think in emotions, sensations, images, sounds, memories, expectations, experiences. I think almost everyone does. Sometimes something on my mind consists of a combination of a number of those things. I can almost never put that into words in a way that does justice to how I actually experienced it. It frustrates me to see that some people seem like they actually are able to verbalize their thoughts. I envy them.

Yeah, I think a common misconception is that all people think verbally. That's probably due to TV series where you can hear people's thoughts. And not many people are brave enough to ask someone "do you hear a voice when you're thinking."
