I Can Not Sleep Sometimes
When I can't sleep I get up and fix myself a cup of tea. For some reason tea relaxes me and then I can sleep. While I'm waiting for the kettle to boil I'm on this laptop. Once in awhile tea fails then I turn to hot cocoa. I don't know why they help me relax they both have caffeine in them.
