Need to Get Off My Chest

 sometimes i go crazy thinking of things that i have said or done to hurt people. especially the people i truly love. at times, i feel like the worst most awful person in the world. i feel like i have let everyone down and that i please no one. i carry heavy burdons on myself that i can not seem to let go of no matter how many times i try. it is hard to get past these things. what is the first step?

the first step is acceptance. Accept that you made a mistake. You already did that. Then straighten things out or try to. Sometimes you cannot but at least you tried. Last but not least you eed to forgive yourself and move on. Live is full of mistakes, we need to fess up, talk about them, resolve and move on. How else can we grow and develop?<br />
