I am terribly sorry for your loss. I do know something about loss, that if you look backward too much, it will be harder for you to let it go. You are entitled to new happiness...sometimes, how you say it...what happened in the past can seem like a dream. But it is gone, and that is what it is to you now, only Memories. For something you desire to be enduring it must be in the present tense. Likewise, my point is, you can look at it as the beginning the story of your life on a fresh page. Devoid of mistakes that you have made in your past. And cherish that fresh page. Because you are deserving of a happy ending. What's past and gone, you can never get it back. But it is within your power to start all over again.
