What Have I Done Wrong????????

Just when i thought i got a good job,and was happy then things changed and they remind me am on temporary and my contract is over,i thought it was a joke i receive the letter on Friday,funny enough it was my birthday,it break my heart,not that i didn't try,i tried so hard to fit in,i just want people to see me for who i am  but not my colour,i love my job i was happy doing it at the same time am desperate,i needed the money,to start a new life and give my little boy a little i have always dream of,i just don't want to be homeless.No one will ever employed me because my visa expire in 8month.whoever is reading this i need your advise please,am helpless and desperate what can i do???????????????????
