How Do I Fix This

when i was a young adult i talked to everyone had a lot of acquaintances and a few friends but now 20 + years later i have 4 kids and a wife I absolutely adore. i have also become totally isolated to the point i can't even strike up a conversation with people and therefore i have lost the skill of making friends so thats the point of this post i need some advice so any ideas out the in the epeeps universe
