The Base To This Thread "it All Starts With A Smile"

Now

What I am saying is, that in order to "change or better the future" we have to have a Positive outlook on it that we CAN

Have you ever just felt somebodys eyes on you and when you finally looked they were smiling sweetly at you?

Didn't that just make you feel all good inside and without even trying, automatically, a smile crept onto your own face and spread to others?

TRULY!

Haven't you ever noticed how contagious smiling and positive actions are? No matter how quiet or silent, a simple SMILE can turn your whole day, your whole being, your whole LIFE around.

Like the others in this Group, I intend to make my future bright!.

True and I do think a smile is contagious. I am from Asia and I was thought by my mother to look at the third eye (centre of your nose bridge) that is also one way of mind controlling the others. So the only one that tend to gaze else where are the Muslim men from looking directly to a woman ..(so to speak) .. and vise versa... heck to me, I will find it disrespectful if someone is not looking at me in the eye ... I do like to see smiling eyes instead of angry or intimidating eyes.

Well it's been proven that more positive things happen to people who are upbeat and optimistic. But in Asia, people are not readily given to looking people in the eyes. They tend to look away or avert their gaze. Pity, cause everyone can use a smile now and then.

This story made me feel pretty good . Most people's first visual impression of me is that I'm scary . I don't try to be , honest . I smile and am friendly with friend and stranger alike ; at least the ones who know me know that I'm friendly .

ABSOLUTELY!!! You are both so right. Thank you for your comments

I look like a kind of severe older person. So, I smile to let people know that I'm not as severe as I look. A smile makes a big difference in our every day lives.(Other peoples too!)

THAT IS TRUE BUT AT THE SAME TIME WE ONLY HAVE CONTROL OVER WHAT WE DO, WE CAN ONLY CONTROL OUR ACTIONS.
