I can't cry. It doesn't matter how horrible I feel. All my feelings stay locked inside without a way to get out. All I really want sometimes is a good cry.

    Dont stuff it all down with things like booze drugs food and excitment like peole tend to do. Feel the feelings, embrace them and just let it come.
