    Hi Julie,

I had the same experience when I was your age. It took me until I was 33 to accept I had a problem. I got help and was able to quit drinking. I had to be hospitalised many times and I ended up losing everything and everyone I loved.

15 years on, my life is wonderful and I have many friends like me. Life has a new meaning and purpose.

There is help and if you want to change, I can give you some suggestions and maybe help you to get the help you need in your area.

Don't wait until you are my age. The whole world is your is if you sort this out now. I do know people your age who have overcome this problem.

Feel free to get back to me anytime.

    Phil

Julie, find an AA meeting in your area and go to it and just listen. You don't have to say anything and you don't have to do anything, but just listen for the similarities. It will never get better if you continue to drink, only worse. Good luck.
