I Cant Sleep At Night
So I have had insomnia for about two years. It really kills me litterally. I mean everyday I wake up looking like a damn zombie :(. But now there is a reason that's going to make me try even harder to sleep.
It has come to the attention that not getting enough sleep leads to strokes. The reason I because for some reason when you are asleep blood runs through your head (a lot from what I heard). When you or your body prevents you from sleeping the blood flow to your brain slows down and can clot.
That's all I know right now but I will try to keep you updated.
