I'm really uncomfortable with the feeling of lying in bed and waiting to fall asleep. Always, I think about things, which are bothering me. It hurts. I don't want that pain. It tightens my heart. Almost every night. So I try to delay it. To be so tired I can't think clearly anymore. Or to fall asleep while I'm watching TV. But it's kind of sad. I want to be as strong to bear these thoughts, to embrace them! Maybe...some day...

I try to switch to positive and peaceful thoughts and not let the worrying or negative thoughts to take over. This has helped. It is not easy but can be done

You will be strong some day if you keep on trying hard.Go to bed late when you are soo tired and talk to anyone when you lay on bed maybe some stranger or here on ep.
