Snoring From Partner

My guy was an incredible snoring and also kept his arm bent in the air...pushing and nudging him didn't work...but I used the ear protectors(like head phones) to protect my ears in a pet grooming salon. It worked...but I still had to nudge him to put his arm down..I'm thinking of using duct tape...also breathe strips that go across the nose works. but seriously, if he has sleep apnea that could be a health problem...they can actually stop breathing. If the former suggestions don't work, get him to a doctor.  Good luck!
