I Can't Sleep When Someone Is Snoring
My first question -is-does he usually sleep on his back?-if so,try to get him into aFetal - position, either on his left,or,right side.
My 2nd.q.is-does he suffer from sleep Apnea?--Put a tape-recorder in the room to record his snoring/gasping for breath-either he's a drinker,like I used
to be,or he may have problems with his Adnoids,or Uvula--(that little hangy-down thing at the back of the throat).Urging him to lay on his side should help with that.
My wife used to whisper my name,in a steady voice-into my ear, over & over, till I moved to another position on the bed-without me conciously ever realizing it.
And I'd just drift back to sleep,no-longer even barely a whisper from me till dawn.
The last resort,of course-would have him get a sleep-Retainer,-This keeps the jaw from slipping backward, and it would allow him a good night's rest,-and keep you from being charged with Pre-Medidated murder.
