I Can't Sleep With the Lights On

I can't sleep with any light at all...not even a slither. Darkness is especially difficult for me to maintain in my bedroom. I hardly sleep now that there's a multi level car park, mall and supermarket being constructed behind my unit complex. AAARGH. Lights and construction noise, skaters, and burn-out racers! I even hide under my covers and have triple block out blinds/curtains.

IT SUCKS!

    I, too, need complete darkness and silence in order to fall asleep.

    yes...totally useless. The mask itches and my ears are too narrow inside for plugs :P
