I Can't Stand Most of My Coworkers
I worked at a large hotel chain that fired me for a very stupid reason. Well I did get my unemployment but after it started the ex employer tried to stop my benefits, unemployment disagreed. I am a hard worker and have been all of my life. What I wanted to say is that the GM and the Asst GM was too friendly with Front Desk employees and put these people on a pedestal. If you have ever worked in the hotel business you know Housekeeping is the most important part of the business. If it was'nt for the clean rooms where would a hotel be? The coworkers would go behind your back when you say things about other employees in hopes that you would say something. People should'nt be afraid to voice their opinion if it's true. Till this day I'm still having a hard time with back stabbing employees.
