It Was Funnnnn!!!

So I have to give a lot of credit to my friend ChevyGirl. She showed me GIMP and how to do all this cool editing stuff! So I got my Marlboro man picture, ghostified him, put him in the sky, and now he is officially the Ghost Rider in the Sky!

An old cowpoke went ridin' out one dark and windy day
Upon a ridge he rested as he went along his way
When all at once a mighty herd of red eyed cows he saw
Plowin' through the ragged sky, and up a cloudy draw

Yippie-I-a, yippie-I-o
Ghost riders in the sky

Their brands were still on fire and their hoofs were made ofsteel
Their horns were black and shinny and their hot breath he could feel
A bolt of fear went through him as they thundered through thesky
He saw the riders comin' hard, and he heard their mournful cry

Yippie-I-a, yippie-I-o
Ghost riders in the sky

Their faces gaunt, their eyes were blurred,
Their shirts all soaked with sweat.
They're ridin' hard to catch that herd, but they aint caught 'emyet'
'Cause ya gotta ride forever on that range up in the sky,
On horses snorting fire, as they ride on, hear their cry.

Yippie-I-a, yippie-I-o
Ghost riders in the sky

As the riders went on by him, he heard one call his name
(Cowboy...)
If you wantta to save your soul from ever ridin' on our range,
Then cowboy change your way today, or with us you will ride,
Tryin' to catch the devil's herd, across these endless skies

Yippie-I-a, yippie-I-o
Ghost riders in the sky
Ghost riders in the sky-y-y-y

Well, ALL those things don't apply to me, but close enough =-D

There is something romantic about him. He's timeless. He's charming. He exudes sex appeal. He swears like a trooper, drinks like a fish, wears clothes like an actor, and fights like a devil.

He's gracious to the ladies, reserved toward strangers. Generous to his friends, and brutal to his enemies.

He is a cowboy. they call him the Marlboro Man.

Hm? This was just the original version...I didn't even realize that song was in that movie.

It's a great song, isn't it? I love old cowboy songs!

Brings back memories - I loved that song. I always found it captivating - still do.
