I Don't Approve Of Being Added Just Because You Want To Have 5000 Friends

Ever since that "scroll through profile name box" on a member's profile do I daily receive random friend invites from people who have thousands of friends and less than ten experiences and even less stories as if they are in a race to add people for the sake of adding. (especially the ones with the names pussyeater or sexboi).
I seek EP friends on this site who share common experiences, joys, and problems as I, to have at least commented back and forward, if I admire or enjoy your stories too, I will gladly add you.

I notice with happiness that there are still people full with common sense and bright on this site. Hurrah, very good decision.

mrthirsty, some people are here 24/7 practically. it's their second home, they should be paying rent lol. people that have that many friends are just collectors trying to make themselves look big.

I have to agree with this. What is the purpose of having that many "friends"? I don't thing that you could keep in touch with that many people without being online 24/7.

LOL The young ones add because it makes them feel comfortable. I understand this. I normally add them and communicate, comment, help out, everyone seeks that in some way.

I feel the same way, getting adds from people I've never seen, who don't have any stories/writing, and who never say a word is rather annoying, and will likely not get an add in return. <br />

Also, for some reason I seem to have a lot of underaged girls add me. Sorry, I'm not going to talk to you if you're 13-15; we probably have little to nothing in common (They almost universally type in text-speak anyhow.), and I don't want to go to prison.
