It Was A Hell Of A Day

It was raining the day I climbed Mt. Fuji, and this only added to the mental and physical challenge. It was a cold and wet climb and there was nothing but rain and clouds at the top. I spent a lot of time thinking and enjoyed the challenge, and I think that the rain caused me to be more introspective as I climbed. I would have climbed a second time this year, but they closed the mountain early. I hope to go again on a clear day so that I can enjoy the climb a little more and think a little less. I wanted to get to the top and meditate while looking out as far as possible.
