At this point and time I wish to say something. You hired me 15 years ago to work in your restaurant. I have been a dedicated employee for all these years, which earned me to opportunity and privilege to be promoted to Manager of your Restaurant.
As manager of your restaurant my prime duties and responsibilities have been to run it in the most professional manner. I was in charge of the Cooks, waitresses, and all employees here, and as you have said to me on many occasions, you felt I was an asset to you. And that you were happy with my decision and work ethics. I am proud to work for you!
I would like to point a few things out to you. When, you left to go out of Country to attend a business meeting. You told me that you would return in four weeks. It has now been three months and I am at wits end to control what has transpired because of your orders and in you absence.
I followed your orders, and I made up signs and advertised in the local newspaper as well as posted them on the restaurant windows.

Mr. Mc Cool, it is urgent that you return immediately back to the United States, and come to the restaurant.
In the last four days, serious situations have occurred! That demands your immediate attention! I will advise you! Below:
In reference, to our waitresses, please be advised of the following:. The moral has seriously dropped, especially since I read your last correspondence to all the staff. They have decided that they will not pursue any allegations against you because they learned that you did not order them to wear that apparel, and that they put them on as a personal choice. So really the issue is mute!
However, our Head waitress, Mellissa, has chosen to quit two days ago. She opened the door and threw all her uniforms in and left.
The other waitresses do not wish to quit or be fired, because their job is their livelihood.
Which, brings me to, regretfully inform you, what happened yesterday!
1. Apparently when Mellissa, left, she immediately drove to the County District Attorney’s office and filed charges against you. I heard that they are Violation of The Child Labor Act, Corrupting the morals of a minor, And charges are possibly pending for other offenses. The District Office has issued warrants for your arrest upon your return.
They sent in County Detectives, who searched your office, and confiscated you personal office computer.
2. Members of Children and Youth, Agency also came in, and took custody of Charlie, pending the outcome of the criminal charges. His whereabouts are unknown. But I will find out for you.
3. Since that occurred and the job posting was placed on the window, the Community
Has been in a out rage, the local news media is calling constantly, I am saying nothing to them.
4. We barely have customers, and people come in just to use our restrooms and leave. I
Think, they are coming in just to look around.
Last night before I sent this correspondence to you, the Office of Children and Youth, called me and we had a lengthy discussion concerning Charlie. The voiced their concern about Charlie. They had counselors interview him, and learned that Charlie fits the criteria, of Gender Identity Disorder, and could possibly be a Transsexual child. Their main concern of course is Charlie! Apparently Charlie told them he felt afraid and coerced by you if he didn’t follow your directions. I tried to tell them that you are a kind man, and that any decisions, you felt were in Charlie’s best interest.
They told me they would contact me further, with their determination.
Lastly, I want to tell you something that is very private and personal! In the last two years I have fell in love with you! I never told you, because you may reject me.
But the fact is, I love you. If you give me an opportunity to rectify things here, I do! Believe I can. I have been a Manager of other Restaurants’ in the past. I know how to handle all these problems. if you just let me. I don’t want you to go to jail! I don’t want you to lose your Restaurant! I want you by my side and together we can make this work, I promise.
