Simple, Yummy, Easy.

Last night I was up for pizza but I didn't want to pay a fortune for Round Table and I didn't want a lot of grease, and I didn't feel like slaving over the stove for a long time. I mean, I marathon cook for holidays and family get togethers but on this occasion, it was just me. so I went to Safeway and I got a small focaccia roll and a bag of shredded mozzerella. I cut the roll length- wise and put some garlic olive oil on the bare bread halves. then I put some really good tomato sauce on them. then I put a tiny sprinkle of some parmesian cheese I had in the fridge on them. then I put a heap of mozzerella on them. then I put a light sprinkle of garlic salt on them. I put the oven on broil and when it was fully heated I put them in on a tray and it took them about 3 minutes to get all melty and crispy. it was delicious.
