Would Go Insane Without Music!

Considering I was born in a room where the doctor, my mother, and my father were all jamming out to an Ozzy Osbourne concert I guess you could say I was born to love music. My mom is always telling me how right after I was born my dad held me, and swayed me back and forth to the music and from that moment on his love of music rubbed off on me. Since I was a kid I don't remember a time where there wasn't music blaring around the house. My parents had me when my mom was 20 and my dad was 25 they were both huge music fans, and I grew up listening to all sorts of music. From Neil Young to Metallica, Pink Floyd, ACDC, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Areosmith, Bob Seger,  Julio Iglesias, Fleetwood Mac, The Cranberries, Led Zeppelin, Pearl Jam and the list goes on. My dads mom got me hooked on Opera when I was only 5 years old so any type of that I listen to as well. When we watch old family videos I don't think we have one where my dad didn't't have his mach one speakers blaring in the background. I can't imagine how people go day to day without ever turning on the radio, or popping in their earbuds and listening to their Ipods. I swear if I got stranded on a deserted Island and I could only have one personal luxury I would easily say either my ipod or an xm radio. As long as I have some sort of music in my life I know I will be okay, there is just something about getting lost in the beat of a good song, or listening as an artist sings about something that hits so close to home. I feel sorry for people who just don't get how amazing music really is.

I completely agree. Music just makes life better

Yeah I know what you mean, I tie music in with a lot of things. When I hear certain songs, I think of my friends or family. I remember what songs were playing when I had my first kiss, or first date, first huge fight with an ex things like that.
