My Fur-babies...

I cannot imagine, nor do I want to, getting up just one day and not having my fur-babies here. The love, the bond, the company...If we humans could ever love so completely and without restraint, think of what a beautiful life that would be.

I have to work on not mourning them while they are still with me. I know that may sound strange, but if you have ever loved and lost, then you know that fear. Right now my Sweet Angel Bunny is ill. I fear so much and know how very fragile he is. I cry as I type because my heart aches at the thought of losing him.

My house is run by them, lol. Anyone coming into my home knows that this is Their Home and if you don't like animals, hair, or anything else about them...don't walk through the front door. I think there is something very, very wrong with people that don't love our little creatures. To me, they are my children who never grow up. They expect so little...Love. And what they give in return...there's just not enough or the right words to describe it.

I am the same, this is why my Mother In Law has never been to this house and we have lived here 20 years. We have lots of fur babies and she hates animals.
:-)) Too bad for her is all I can say.

The Fur-kids today are making mud pies and dragging their little furry, muddy, footprints everywhere. I love them so much that it's ok...I can always shampoo them and the carpet later- lol.
And they are unconditional love. How many humans have that quality?

Pets are truly wonderful and extremely therapeutic. I do not mean that in a cold clinical way but in a thank goodness they are there kind of way.
I can totally relate!

I know exactly what you are talking about. I would be lost without my baby. She gives me a lot of reason to get up every day.
