OMG! I Can't Believe I Actually Did It!

I have to say it was one of the most freeing experiences of my life

I needed to get it cut for a job interview and due to both my schedual be cluttered (due to my highschool's musical) and my mother's schedual being cluttered (due to being a working professional) I had no time to get it cut, the one day I had in the past three weeks to get it cut required me walking to the nearest cosmotology school and having a student cut my hair

hahahaha

they had three clients and apperently it takes four people six hours to cut three heads of hair.

So i weant and dyed my hair this kind of dark golden blonde: it was originally a medium brown

and then I took the scissors and started snipping

first I just made blunt ends everywhere and then I took the scissors and pointed them vertically and started snipping like I've seen most stylists due. The end result; one of the better haircuts I've ever gotten suprisingly (I even did the back) but I took a little bit too much off the sides but whatever it'll grow back and it's really not that noticable.

IT WAS SOO FREEING!

afterward I had this grapfruit sized ball of hair that I just got to toss and my mood was immediatly elivated from kinda crummy to freaking estatic.

Great story! I've done that when I haven't liked my haircut. It's a little scary though!

I'm glad you found it liberating.

cool.
