I Cut To Help Myself.

when im sad i cut. when im stressed i cut. when every i am other than happy, i cut. i have scars all up and down my right arm, but no one has EVER and i mean ever noticed. what does that say to me....cut some more. what a sick mind i have that makes me need to cut just so someone will notice. i NEED someone to notice so i can stop

whenever the stress and anxiety becomes to much, always remember who the most important person is. You. Think about what makes you happy, the things that always make you smile, the things you can do that other people cant. Meditate on that, think about it hard, because chances are people will notice you more if you become a bright star rather than a dark shadow. Life is longer than with think sometimes and things can always change in the bl<x>ink of an eye, you just have to be willing to accept the change next time it presents itself. if you ever need someone to relate to, someone who also went through that, read some of my stories and msg me.
