If I had one it would help me recover from my illnesd because I could rest more easily. It would be nice to be able to rest and feel relaxed rather than rest and feel horrible. (Yes I have tried meditation, mindfulness). Ive always thought an on off switch would be helpful. if i could just set the time when I would sleep it would be really helpful too!
