I Daydream A Lot That It Results To Tardiness Going To School

I don't know but I've been doing it since I was a kid - daydreaming. I wonder if it was my body's defense mechanism to cope up with the stress and challenges from my childhood that is why it has become a trait. It's result? Whenever I do something and while doing it I'm daydreaming, I tend to take longer hours with what I do. Like in preparing for office. I take time that's why, since elementary til I've worked, it has become a problem. Anyway, since, thankfully I have noticed that it was the problem, I'm trying to minimize it now b y being aware and constantly remind myself to have presence of mind, and to keep my goals in life in mind as well so I'll keep moving. I'm still in the process of disciplining myself, but I'm not in a rush. I want to give myself time. Even if I am like this, I still love myself, and I'll even love myself better each day, because I know I deserve it. =)

Hmm. ..I think I wanna try that. .. That can be effective for me as well. .. =)

It has become a problem for me because I usually become late for office and that the things that I have to do are sometimes not finished. Good for you to have it in a positive way! =)
