I Define Love As
The first time I ever saw the photo above, I scoffed at it. Yeah right, somebody did a slick photoshop job on the shadow. Gave it the shape of a heart, how cute is that?
But nevertheless, the image lingered in my mind.
Then one day I just couldn't stand it any longer. I had to know, I had to try it for myself. I got out my old dusty reading lamp and plugged it in, so I could get the lighting just right. I dug up an old ring which I haven't worn in ages. I pondered which of the many books on my shelves would be just the right one to use. What the heck, why not a dictionary? And while I was at it, why not just open it to the place where love is found. I did, I actually did.
Surprising! It really DOES work! Now how did someone figure that out, and when? You can try it yourself if you want to. Show your wife, or your husband, or whoever you have special feelings for in your heart.
Share it with somebody.
It never ceases to amaze me what hidden delights there are in love. Sometimes the simplest things we cannot see, yet are there to remind us, if we make an effort to look for them, in just the right light.
