I Despise People Who Value Money More Than Life
Just as a personal example. I was supposed to be paid for extra hours in december, for november and december. I Just got paid, 30th of january, not that I didn't rant, or took juridic aid. I didn't want it to pay me new clothes. I needed it to vaccinate my last cat. As a result, she wasn't. Now she's sick; Her life may be in danger. They didn't pay me in time JUST because keeping it longer would bring them just a little bit more money. So yeah, I'm really angry. I see my cat suffer now. I brought her to the vet, she has meds, and a control in two days. But even like that. She shoudn't have been sick. It's worth for my cat, but for any other animal, or human being. Both feel, and hurt.
But it's also worth more generally. When people tell you, the big structures, that their food is better in the dump, it's NOT true. Not even to send them away. But just to give them to these in need in their own counrty, CITY. Few do it, give it to them. Most just throw it in the trash. They throw good food. That could benefit people who have nothing to eat, and that would cost them nothing, the associations do it; I can tell, I've been in one of them. Then, for other countries, they could do it too. Believe me, what it costs, compard to all the benefits they do on "production" like 40% or more, that wouldn't cost them too much. When I see what producers of milk, meat, or whatever do on what they do, it's so, so iittle. It's the big produciotns the probelm, and goverments, agreeing to that, for not "disturbing" their "friendships" with "big" ones.
Yes, I do value life more than money. I don't do as much as I would like to. I volunteer, but little in fact. because it's hard for me to. As I work, to survive, not to live. And then, it's emotionally hard after a week of work. I don't deny it, I'm a loser on that. But I care, and I try to think of solutions, and it's obvious to me, more share. I'm not talking about communism here. But when you see salaries are raised 2% when life is raised 4%, and bosses are raised 35% or more, yeah there's a big problem. And those who help, most of the time, are people like you and me. Not always, Some with money have a conscience too, but not the majority, sorry. Sorry, for them.
Yes, I value my life more than another. i'm not suicidal. But another is worth saving, no? Here, or elsewhere. I'm an INTJ (if you know the myers briggs), but I have a social conscience, and more, want to improve the world. Any idea is valuable, come. I'm not againt foundng an asso.
I don't have much money for now, but it could be that one day I have. If I do, I'll d better than having a big house decorating at my taste. A small house with rescued cats would do. I would make the money fruit. On accounts. And use it purposedly. I have ideas already. Just in my city, where there are shelters for people without a home, but only for men. I would like to create a shelter for women, and women with children, what happens a lot. With medical, and psy help. These are valuable projects, and achievable.
We are all different, and i respect that, and even enjoy that, deeply, but if we all had a more "social" conscience", it could be.
