ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ oh sorry fell asleep ...just kidding...look sleep is very important...I had it bad when my heart was broken and then traumatized but there are solutions...some you wouldnt expect or think work but do...for instance if 30 minutes find you still awake get up take a stroll and then try again... it works...also breathe in counting one two (not aloud--in your head) then hold your breathfor one then breathe out one two, hold for one...repeat...soon worries will fade away and when the mind is clear the body will take over with sweet delicious sleep. My ex used to afraid to sleep due to unrealistic fears...for that you might need to see your Dr..
