Your Kind Ain't Taken To Kindly Round Hurr!

So, living the glorious, progressive state of Kentucky, where people are well educated and tolerant of different types of people, my friends and I decided it would be a fantastic idea to visit a quaint country bar in the area. Inside, we find a nice assortment of various stereotypes of what other, less intelligent states might refer to as 'trailer trash.' After spending several hours inside the bar, I step outside to have a breath of fresh air, and to take a chance to be able to think without a country singer screaming about the o-zone burning and the world turning. On my way back in, I made the fatal assumption that, since the exit door had a spring loaded hinge to shut it behind me, the entrance would too! Oh, how I was mistaken! Thankfully, the bouncer pointed out my error with a kind "What the hell?! Where you born in a damn barn or what? Shut the damn door!" Being the friendly, out-going person that I am, I turned to him and responded, "Perhaps if I had been born in a barn, I might fight in a little better with the people here." Needless to say, I spent the rest of the night outside the bar until my companions were done.

There's something a little bit quirky and funny about this story. I like it.
