Ms. Not Eating Right

I believe it was about 4th grade when I began to crash diet. I don't really remember ever thinking 'My body is disgusting' or stuff like that. From what I do remember, it started after a doctors visit. I felt uncomfortable when the doctor described me as 'hourglass' shaped, especially since I didn't know what it meant at the time.

Anyways, after that visit, I remember that I stopped drinking sodas and began eating healthier. But as time progressed, it was like I wasn't eating anything. My cousin once told another family member of mine, "If you want to diet effectively, go on a diet with ______. She knows how to loose those pounds."

I dieted, dangerously, for another few years, but my mother noticed about the middle of my seventh grade year. I stopped, and gained some weight back, but I was okay with it.

But recently I've been feeling should I put it, oddly towards the food I eat. For instance, I used to love eating Crab Linguini. About a day ago my mother got me some. I almost threw up looking at all of it. There was sooooooo much sauce, and it was so oily. I only had took about two forks worth before I said enough is enough.

And I've been eating like that lately. Now all I eat, in a nutshell, is:
-Special K cereal
(And I have been drinking water like nobodies business, I haven't seen a diet soda, iced tea, lemonade, or Capri Sun in months~)
I don't know, I'm just not feeling food lately
