We Need A Uniform Primary Or Caucus Date Same As The General Election Date.

We have the most incomprehensible and unfair way possible to nominate Presidential candidates. The several states compete on which can be the first primary, and its now in January, almost a year before the general election.

In later states the citizens are completely disenfranchised because the decision has already been made and most candidates have dropped out before they get to vote.

In at least one state they have a Primary election that has no meaning at all. Then later they have Party Caucuses and conventions that send delegates to the national convention.

The Congress needs to enact a uniform date for primary elections and/or caucuses in all states. And the date should be no more than a month before the national Party conventions.

Its time to get rid of the really ridiculous lack of process that we have now.
