Its Annoying

I recently had a conversation with someone who considered themselves 100% man because of the way he acted which i will explain later.. i have no problem with this person he is free to think the way he does but it got ME thinking.
SO the definition of a "man" is what?
-Strength
-Build
-Doesnt cry no matter what
-Stands tall, never bends or breaks for anyone else
-Has a heart made of stone
Now... i dont know about the other women around here, but this to me... is a statue. And as much as The Thinker Statue and The Statue of David is sexy *rolls eyes* thats not what i consider a man.
Why do men feel they need to be statues? Why cant you cry? Why cant you bend when needed? Why cant you express whats in your heart?
I dislike men who think this is what you have to be, but i dont blame them. Im sure they feel some sort of pressure to be the way they are..
To all the macho men out there, continue what your doing if it works for you, but remember that crying is not a sign of weakness, it can actually be a sign of strength, and remember that you can express whats in your heart because they are many people out there who WANT to hear about it.

I'm too jolly to be a statue... I do understand the the stand tall part, because a lot of times it has been up to me to be the shoulder to cry on, whether it be for a friend or my whole family. I am a real man, but by my own definition, I cry when its right, i'm strong when I need to be and I do express myself anyway I can.

See a healthy medium. Some men think they need to be statues and to tell you the truth im not impressed by it. I think its quite silly.

Good, I'm glad you're not lol. But yeah, I like the healthy medium, it makes me awesome
-
i wouldnt say awesome lol :P
-
jerk! i'm going to go cry now... lol
-
lol grow some metalic balls :P jk
-
Brass balls, the term is Brass balls.

Hehe sorry *rolls eyes*

A man, strength, of character first, physically another story. A man, concerned for himself and those he surrounds himself with. A man, the ability to give of himself when he is met with a situation he feels passionate about. A man, the ability to accept that he is flawed as well as the one he loves. A man, a gift to those who love him . A man, an imperfect human just like the rest of us.

BISOU ... always remember .... even a Macho man is reduced to total surrender in his most intimate moment. Surrender to the power of the woman who has made that wonderful thing happen to him. So who really has the power? Think for one minute how there is that frozen moment when he can't move, almost can't breath, can only give in to the power of the woman and give her what she demands.

@ Bisou...excellent post..I agree with you.....I need a man who can actually show his emotions,,,
@ Lifeloveahhhh.....loved this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@ Stevem7....all is not sex -
@tgrsldy thank you!! :)
@Lifelove I liked that definition much better then the cold statue that some believe is the way it should go
@Stevem7 Im not much into seducing men into doing what i want them to do.. besides i believe in one man only in my life and i cant seduce them all! :) If i love someone they should take my opinion into consideration regardless of what i am or am not wearing :) -
lol good! :)
