I Divorced Today
I don't want the day to pass before I write a little story, even if I'm in a hurry now, I can edit later.
EP, the concept of EP, has been witness to the greatest transformation in my Life. It heard me talk about the unavoidable truths of my relationship and my unrelenting desire to meet them head-on even when it meant volcanic action. It heard me say I had left. It has heard me as I have whimpered in discomfort and doubt, fear and even despair. It has seen me celebrate every little baby-step victory. And rejoice in hope and in the discoveries that my new explorations were opening up to me. It heard me make a huge shift in career, and start like an excited young kid, a brand new trajectory. And you have assured me and reassured me with your love and care, with your parallel experiences and the echo in your hearts. And now, a symbolic new beginning long talked-about. Again, no fireworks display, not a gun salute, nothing :-) And it's so right. Precious stones all form in the darkness alone. By the time they are seen, they already have undergone tremendous pressure and loss and are ready to bring joy and value. Nature is replete with metaphors that can encourage us.
Thank you all of you. You have absolutely NO IDEA how deeply I mean this; no idea.
