Guilty!

I am guilty too.  I need to eat more, eat more veggies, and eat less potatoes. :-)

I work out to and my biggest problem is that my stomache starts growling and getting hungry after the workout wish I knew how to solve this problem

Me too, I eat good for a few days then I end up eating junk food again wish I knew what to do about junk food cravings
