Are you seriously ready to go back to high school? That's a scary thought to most people over the age of 18! It appears you were on a flirting roll!

It's an unique row to hoe. I feel that if you put yourself in a public employ situe, then, well, you are expected to maintain a very varied point of discipline. I grew up in an extremely public life. It taught me to adhere to trust, keeping my mouth shut and resisting the the desire to counter another's claim. Of course, you may have a wonderful life following your dreams, but if there is too much conflict in your mind....

It is indeed a public enough life that I need to be very disciplined in the choices I make. There are literally thousands of students who know my name and my face. There are hundreds who know me personally. Add their parents and the number substantially grows. Colleagues and superiors...the thought has me wanting to change my user name. I do not go out in public to the store, the movies, anywhere, that someone does not say, "Hey, Ms.____!"

She would like to keep her job, despite what a busy body could see and would report to the school board.

There is always a busy body somewhere. I would very much like to avoid them and keep the job I love.

You have a good point... Once upon a time... I felt the same, but slowly I began removing the things that I wouldn't talk about in public... eventually I realized I was no different here than I was in public... so I decided to show my face... but at one time I would have never done that...

I can't think of anybody I know that I would worry about seeing the things I have posted on EP other than students, their parents and other school district personnel. The risk of that happening is great enough for me to keep my face looking the other way.

Okay so this story is awesome. Why? Because I just finished my junior year and it's so cool to know that my teachers really have some of the same questions and talk about some of the same stuff that I do. Lol and I also don't want to cyber, sext, or have phone sex with anyone on here!

Thank you! Yes, I can tell you teachers are still normal men and women who have wants and needs just like every other normal person out there. We just don't let students in on that little secret if we want to stay out of trouble!
