I'm An Ex Smoker

Just quit smoking yesterday , cold turkey. I vowed not to make a big deal over it even though I know it is a big deal, a very big deal , the biggest deal I ever pulled off in my lifetime. I started at thirteen with my best girl friend Melinda , she and I played grown up at her house on my overnights, we sat up all night and smoked and drank coffee. Then we'd steal her fathers car and go crusing around town epesically the Dairy Queen where all the teens met. Or in Dallas Texas it was Sibles Drive-in. Then there was Jefferson Blvd , much like the Van Ness Blvd ***** or the Sunset ***** I think. Those were the days that I have needed to back up and go over again, this time with no smoking. Since I started it I have used it for a crutch for anything hard that came my way. I so wish I hadn't started and wasted so long when it came before anyone or anything. I regret that. Lord, please give me strenth to start again.
