Women Are Not Chattel

Women are not chattel to be owned or controlled. She is not a table to be moved around or a car to trade in for a newer sexier model. She is a human being and entirely capable of making independent choices. Certain conservative religions portray women as not quite equal to men. BULLSH!T!!! Many ancient cultures were all about control and slavery. We don't do that anymore irregardless what some "divine scripture" may say.

    I would simply add that the related notion that women are less capable than men is equally BS.
