I only work out like an hour a day 3-4 days a week. during that hour i burn off 400-500 cals. <br />

Right now my diet is following a diabetic chart of foods i can eat. I have a low cal high protein shake in the morning. Then a cup of dry cereal or anything. Make sure it is just a cup of food though.<br />

Lunch time i have another cup of food. Usually a vegetable, dry cereal, sugarless jello, some kind of fruits whatever. <br />
<br />
Dinner time i have about 3-5 ounces of meat. Half of baked potato, piece of toast, and the rest vegetables of some kind. Beans, black eyed peas, salad, all types of green vegetables. <br />
<br />
That is pretty much what i do. Sometimes have yogurt for a snack. Most the time it is less then 1000 cals a day i consume, but i still have energy to last all day.

Well, what diet or wahtever did you follow? I know you work out loads too

No, the crackers were my only carbs, I had cheese as my dairy for the day, then been all out chicken for lunch

Yeah but dairy products aren't good carbs and they take longer to digest.
