The Best Ever...

Even though my abs scream at me after i'm finished, I love it!!!!!, i totally notice a difference, you wouldn't think you would being different kind of excercise...........but my butt looks GOOD!!!

I love what it's done for my abs, legs, and flexibility.

I've been going to Pilates twice a week since December. Minus the two months I had a broken wrist and only went about 4 or 5 times. I can't wait for my butt to look better!! I've toned up a lot, and after nine years I'm finally back to my pre-pregnancy weight, only I have a bit more toning to do, I'm now bumping it up a notch and adding a non-gym pilates work out at home. I figure if I do three days a week for a while, in a bit I can add another, and then another and try to get myself to 5 days a week and see results a bit quicker. :-) And I LOVE the way my abs scream at me after Pilates, it's a great burn.
