Not Everything

It's always a good idea to question anything you hear, read, etc. People can manipulate you and/or information just may not be accurate. Even information I read in textbooks I question.

I can very well relate to this. Check out my story I just recently posted. It's of this experience: "I Don't Believe Everything I'm Told."

hi,
yup mostly what i read from history book is just telling about general thing or they cover some points
everything can lie to us even ourselves, our perceptive, our feelings, but its really back to us whether we want to believe it or not

Agree with u 100% I have to find things out for myself. Most of this world is a lie, and you are correct most of the text books in schools are lies. The people behind all these lies want you to be mind controlled into thinking they are telling the truth. I hate deceivers. That's what they are, wolves in sheepskin clothing. ;)

very good advice to live to by...better to always "find out" firsthand for yourself....people need to use common sense more lol

like obviously drugs are not something to "try firsthand" lol you can learn from others and take their word on stuff like that but ultimately it comes down to whether or not you trust the source of the information and if want to believe it or not.....haha just like Ripley's :)

i believe that there's no telling what b.s. some people will try to sell you tho ya know..idk lol ;)

i do like to think that its up for us all to decide what we want to believe each and every aspect of life...our perceptions are unique as we all are individually!!

You hit the nail on the head :)
