Colossians 3:22, 25

Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything you do. Try to please them all the time, not just when they are watching you. But if you do what is wrong, you will be paid back for the wrong you have done.
This is another example of what I think is not complete in the bible.
It is not "good" or "loving". It is not complete in maturity.
Having a slave in the first place is wrong, let alone telling a slave to please someone all the time. Oppressionistic. The spirit of these scriptures are .... for lack of a better word right now, hateful and from the spirit of man not the Spirit of God.
There is much more to what "slaves" should be doing. And hardly any words of guidance to the master of the house! So not good.
I believe this part of scripture is hateful and not of God but of man.
The bible is incomplete. God is complete in Himself.

the bible is from god ; but some people did change somethings in it , that's why you
feel like somethings in it aren't from god , read about islam , just read coran , its
definitly a book that you'll read again , give it a shot :) thx

I agree whole heartedly as the Bible has been translated so many different time some things have been added and some lost along the way. Relationship is worth far more.
Some things were left out because it didn't suite those that were head of the church at the time etc alot to consider. It was also part of the law in those days to have slaves just as it was the law for woman to not preach or speak in Church but those things are not applicable to todays way of life.

i soooooo agree with you one hundred percent "relationship is worth far more"... :) great quote friend
