The recommend 5 serves of fruit and veg daily for a healthy diet. How do you fit all that in?

I got this leaflet once showing how big a portion of fruit or veg needs to be to count as 1 of your 5 a day - it was huge! I don't think it's possible, that's why i'm aiming for the 1 a day target they have in Scotland.
