I have about 130 pounds I need to lose, been battling this for the last 10 years and I can't seem to be successful. Food always takes over.

You need motivation. You should have a weight lost buddy so you both can be accountable with each other. You both can set up goals for example you can have a friendly competition like whoever loses the first 10 pounds will be the winner and wil get a treat from the person who lose.
