Understatement

 i never make it to bed before one ...  then im up from  anywhere between  7 and nine .. and i very rarely get to take a nap  then i clean all day ... and run errands or go and clean my moms house .  im a busy busy bee .

Try the 'Headspace' app on the app store. It really helps to shut the brain off and fall into deep relaxation. Its free too

I typical night is ramble around until 3am then up at 630 to get the kids of to school and me to work. I go like this for days, on Fridays I try to get to bed early, even if it requires a sleeping pill, and sleep as late as I can on Saturdays. Late around our house is maybe 8am. Sleep has been my enemy for a few years now. How I miss sleeping the day away and still be able to sleep at night.

I'm sorry. I get to bed a little earlier most nights, like midnight, because I'm up at 6am, but every so often when I get home I crash and sleep for a few hours, get up to eat something, crash for a while longer... It wears on you.
