I live in L.A and many people get pulled over for the reason they dont have one. I drive a brand new car which makes it worse for me to be driving without a license, But i do have a permit but doesnt make a difference. YuP i know iam braking the law sorry but i will get my license just need to make an appointment n pass the test lol.

It's probably best that you do get your licence, ce, though it is hypocritical of me to say so. I drove for 12 years without a licence, and got it on the day of my first accident -whose fault was the other driver's. The cop who attended asked me for my licence and I told him I didn't have one, though I did have a learner's permit. He asked: Have you got 20 bucks? I said: Sure I have. He said: Well, hop in, and we'll get you a licence. But I was just lucky to get the right cop!
Seems to me you are less likely to be pulled over by the cops if you are driving a late-model vehicle, but you don't want to be suspended from driving for six months, or whatever the penalty is where you live.
Make that appointment!
