Sad Really

My parents live about 10 minutes from my house and yet I have not seen them this year at all. My mother and I had a falling out when I confronted her on her controlling ways. Needless to say, it did not go well. The really sad part is that they are missing out on their grandkids. I know that I should just go and see them but then that would be giving her what she wants back..and that is control. I really wish that it were better but I know that it never will be.
